The Republic Center for Support of Persons with Intellectual Disability \u2013 PORAKA continues as partner organization in a consortium of 10 partners in European project titled \u201cEarly Inclusion through Learning from Each Other\u201d supported by the Austrian Agency for International cooperation. The project is focused on increased knowledge and shared methods relating to preschool age children with disability or being at risk of disability. The project aims to transfer information, concrete methodologies and to assess competencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the past period, the Republic Center \u2013 PORAKA was in direct communication with the consortium of partner organizations led by the Austrian organization S.I.N.N. \u2013 Evaluation. Within the project, the ongoing activities continued to be realized in accordance to the schedule. The PORAKA team worked on advancing the tools provided by this project. More precisely, the activities focused on the tool: Inclusion Method Market, which is self-organized methodological online exchange market-place. The activities referred to adapting and arranging the online platform www.early-inclusion.eu. aimed for exchange of experiences among the professionals and positive examples and practices from the work with persons with intellectual disability were posted on the web page. Also, numerous activities are being performed in regards to translation and adaptation of briefing materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition, preparation activities are being implemented for holding the regular meeting of project partners, which will be held in Skopje in late October 2016.
