It is in that direction, and on the occasion of Easter Holidays that culinary workshop was organized at the premises of the Day centre \u2013 PORAKA Skopje in Kapistec for the beneficiaries of the both day centres. To our great pleasure, the famous Chef Marc De Jong accepted the invitation to run the culinary workshop.<br>This workshop flowed in a great atmosphere, with lots of laughter, but also working in the kitchen and preparing Mark\u2019s specialities. The beneficiaries as assistants, and also the engaged personnel at the day centres, had the possibility to learn \u201csmall\u201d secrets of the great Chef.
