The celebration of the 130 anniversary of Tikves Vinery that coincided with the last year’s Festival of wine had socially responsible dimension. During the event, Tikves motivated the guests to donate by giving them a bottle of vine as a gift. 134.277 denars were gathered, but Tikves doubled it with own funding. The total amount of 268.554 denars was aimed for renovation of the premises in the day centers that function within the Republic Center for Support of Persons with Intellectual Disability – PORAKA.
In the past period, PORAKA worked on realization of this donation from Tikves. The funds are being used to renovate the sanitary facilities in the day center – PORAKA Skopje in Aerodrom and repairing the damages caused by the floods in August, 2016.
